Bells are rarely answered and shut off at the front desk all the time, I was told this by numerous staff members. PT/OT very limited but their staff was excellent in helping me to quickly get out of that horrible facility. Also arranged for the equipment I needed to leave with. I never once saw a dining room as show, just a plastic tray brought into the room. Never once did I see a bedspread, the photos are all clearly staged. The extent of the activities I was offered was non existent.
Nursing staff is either excellent or disinterested. Wound care is hit or miss depending on the nurse on duty. Day staff is supposed to do wound care often left for the evening nurse to do. Diapers are rarely changed, you are left for hours sitting in your own urine and feces.
